Jesus had Christ-consciousness.This means that Jesus was conscious of Himself as Christ. Jesus the Christ was in Judas; and as Jesus the Christ in Judas He knew that Judas would betray Him. Yet He remained as though He knew nothing.

예수는 그리스도 의식(Christ-consciousness)을 지녔다. 이 말은, 예수가 스스로를 그리스도로 의식했다는 뜻이다. 예수 그리스도는 유다(Judas) 안에도 있었다. 그분은 유다 안의 예수 그리스도로서, 유다가 자신을 배신할 줄 알고 있었다. 그럼에도 그분은 아무 것도 모르는 척 하였다.

전지(All-knowing)한 존재의 이 신성한 허위(divine Pretence)는 그분의 릴라(Leela)의 원칙이다. 릴라란, 영원한 그리스도의 신성한 놀이를 말한다.
